What we learn from PPD

What we learn from PPD

PPD which is known as Personal Progress Development can be considered as a guild line of our lives. Not only that but also it is energy and time saving method. From these PPD sessions that we had in our university, we could gain so many valuable points to our lives, as well as so many unforgettable memories.

We could improve our soft skills which re important tour professional life. Such as leadership skills, presentation skills, working skills, communication skills. Therefore we can take this as a keeping the first step for our own brighter future.

Team work makes the dream work.” As in the mentioned quotation working as a team, makes our work easier, when we compare to working as individuals. Throughout these PPD sessions, we could learn how to complete such a task according to a proper plan.

As students, we all have our own abilities and weaknesses. It is a very unique thing which is different person to person. Throughout these indoor and outdoor activities, we were able to identify those things. In my opinion, by identifying these matters, our contribution for a team work can be increased.

Apart from the facts that I mentioned, our PPD session is mainly focused on the point which is having a strategy before starting a task. We have to pay more attention to some points like
1.       the dead line
2.       The way of doing the task
3.       What are things that make it easier
4.       The way of getting maximum use from the given resources
First of all we have to spend some time on analyzing the given task or the activity. Then we have to put our effort according to the impotency of each work.

Although it was a success or a failure, we have to keep going on through the process. As well as we should be able to maintain our mentality to not to lose the hopes until the end. Because it is more important  to complete the working process,  compared to a uncompleted victory
