University of Kelaniya is located on Dalugama, Kelaniya in
Sri Lanka. It
was started in 1875 as “Widyalankara
Pirivena” by Sri
Dharmaloka thero. There
are 14 blocks in the university
according to the university map. There
are 7 faculties.

Shrining room and the bo tree is located at the middle of
blocks B,D and L .
The medical center is located in the Block G. The chief
medical office is dr. (Mrs.)K.S.K.C. Sunilchandre
and the medical officer is Dr.R.M.C. Rathnayake. The health
service is to provide assistance to medical
problems of university students.
Canteen (Hilton)
Among canteens in the university, the Hilton canteen is much
popular among students. It
is located in the block K.
